THE CHALLENGE.
Renovation of an existing 50,000SF warehouse to accommodate a state-of-the-art cultivation facility. This facility includes a commercial kitchen, extraction booths, and 10 Flower Rooms. Accelerated schedule and MEP collaboration were imperative to the Owner.
THE SOLUTION.
Limbach executed the project as the MEP prime contractor. Close collaboration between the electricians and mechanical/plumbing team allowed for accelerated execution and procurement of major equipment.
