College Recruiting/LEMT Program

Limbach is looking for college graduates from today’s leading universities. Eligible graduates come to us with a Bachelors, Masters or Associates degree in Mechanical, Civil and Architectural Engineering, Building Construction and Construction Management, Heating Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, and Business.

That being said, your education is only part of what Limbach is looking for in the LEMT (Limbach Engineering Management Training) program. We are looking for the future leaders of our Company. We are looking for those graduates who will learn and aspire to be the top managers and leaders of our Company. Those who will grow and guide us into our next 100 years of service.

The LEMT program also desires to establish relationships with underclassmen. We are looking for interns to work in our Branch locations, on a part-time basis during summers or throughout the year if possible. We invite underclassmen to inquire about these opportunities.
