About SoCal

Limbach’s SoCal Branch operates throughout the Southern California Region, providing comprehensive facility services that consist of mechanical construction, full HVAC service and maintenance, engineering and design build, as well as Building Information Modeling (BIM).

Formally known as Western Air Limbach, the Branch adopted the Limbach Company name in August 2011. Western Air & Refrigeration Company opened its doors in 1934 with the installation of Southern California’s very first air conditioning system. By the time Limbach Company acquired Western Air & Refrigeration Company in 1974, the firm was among the region’s oldest and largest mechanical contracting firms, offering the full spectrum of HVAC and energy management services.
